ROUND 4 Snetterton

BSB Snetterton Official Test Thursday 17th May:

Following on from Oulton Park, there was an official BSB test at Snetterton circuit, the team attended and hoped to get some good settings ready for round 4. The first session went well, but unfortunately on the second lap of the second session, when trying to pass slower riders, Jamie had a big high side and immediately knew that my foot was in a bad way. I limped to the side of the track where I was taken to the med centre and then onto the local hospital, I had an X-Ray and was given the bad news, 6 broken bones!

BSB Snetterton Round 4:

Jamie has done everything he possibly could have to get fit for round 4, he has attended hyperbaric chambers and laser treatment but arriving at Snetterton the team knew it was going to be a big ask for Jamie to be able to ride the bike.

Free practice 1, there were a few issues making it difficult for Jamie to tell whether he would be able to ride therefore he also headed out for Free practice 2, after a very tentative lap Jamie knew the pain was too much making it difficult to concentrate as every right turn was agonising.

Jamie and the rest of his family team had to make the very difficult decision not to compete. It is now really important to Jamie to concentrate on his recovery as much as possible over the next 2 weeks until Knockhill.

Jamie would like to thank His sponsors and supporters that are making the 2018 season happen, Slidecodor, Andrew Pipework Services, Hemisphere Freight Services, BSS, J&S Accessories, Silkolene Lubricants, Dijon Flooring, DB Tints and of course Mark Sadler at Go Racing Developments.
